CyberMentor Advisory Board
The CyberMentor Advisory Board supports the program with strategic expertise and a commitment to social responsibility. Together, the board members are dedicated to increasing the proportion of women in STEM fields and sustainably addressing the skills shortage. With their experience from business, academia, and civil society, they support the further development of Germany's largest and most successful online mentoring program for girls and young women in STEM. In doing so, they contribute to Germany's long-term innovation and competitiveness.
Advisory board members
"CyberMentor combines knowledge, inspiration and community. As an advisor, I want to help female students discover their enthusiasm for STEM through mentoring, exchange and practical projects, and confidently pursue their path into the digital future."
Chairman of the Board of Trustees
"CyberMentor has proven to be exceptionally effective and exemplary in a field that is particularly important for Germany. Therefore, the Heinz Trox Foundation supports the continuation of the project, and I am personally grateful to be able to contribute to its sustainable development as a member of the advisory board."
Chief Technology Officer
"Diversity is a key driver of success because different experiences, perspectives, and ways of thinking form the foundation for innovation and high-performing teams. Women remain underrepresented in STEM professions. With the CyberMentor program, we want to actively change this: we provide guidance, enable the exchange of experiences, offer strong role models, and give young women direct insights into STEM careers to support them sustainably on their professional journey."
